VAN OSDEL, Arlis Lloyd (Van)

Arlis Lloyd (Van) Van Osdel, died June 3, 2003, in Phoenix. Van was born June 30, 1933 in Redwood Falls, MN.

He came to Arizona in 1960. He served in the Air Force during The Korean War and was a member of American Legion Post #1. K6Van has signed off. Van was an Electronic Technician at Motorola, retiring in 1996.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Lori Garza Van Osdel, sons Mark of Phoenix, Gary and Vincent, daughters Roxanne Van Osdel and Terry Johnson of Minnesota, 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Services will begin at 10:30 A.M., Monday, June 9, 2003 at SS. Simon & Jude Cathedral, 6351 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, AZ with visitation thirty minutes prior to service.
