RUCKER, William Henry

William H. Rucker, 42, of Phoenix and Black Canyon City Az, was tragically killed in a car accident on December 23, 1970. Bill was born February 7, 1928, in Enid Oklahoma to Albert and Edith Rucker who preceded him in death. Survivors include his children Alex, Mary, David, John, James and William Jr, two brothers Robert and Cella (aka Bud) and one sister Dorothy. Joyce Rucker, sister, preceded him in death. Bill was an awesome father who strived to give his children a better childhood than his own and he did up until his death. Thank you Dad, I love and miss you.
