Roland W. Plotts, 84, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away January 9, 2004. Mr. Plotts served in the U.S. Air Force; Retired. 

Services will be held Monday, January 12, 2004 at Camelback Sunset Chapel Funeral Home, 301 W. Camelback Rd., Phoenix, AZ.
