Bobby L. Waters, 70, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on May 1, 2003. 

Services will be held on Monday, May 5th, 11:00 a.m. at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ. Memorial contributions may be made to Children's Burn Foundation, 4929 Van Nuys Boulevard, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403.
