The Wickenburg Sun Wednesday, December 15, 1993 BLACKBURN, Wayne L. Wayne Blackburn of Yarnell died December 2, 1993, in Yarnell. He was 50. Mr. Blackburn was born Aug. 4, 1943 in Pierson, Florida, and had lived in Arizona for 12 years, moving here from California. He was an accountant for most of his life and also had worked in the real estate and travel industries. He was an Air Force veteran and had lived in Paris, Japan and Turkey along with California, Florida, and Arizona. He lived in Phoenix prior to moving to Yarnell in May of this year. Mr. Blackburn is survived by brothers, James and Gary Blackburn of Florida; his father, Leslie Blackburn, also of Florida; stepdaughters, Shelley Lofgren and Heidi Helm and their families of California; companion Rick Hart and best friend Linford Curtis. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillian Blackburn. There will be a gathering of friends and family at Wayne's home in Yarnell on Saturday, December 11, 1993, at 3 p.m. There will be a scattering of his ashes by air at 5 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Body Positive, 1366 E.
