ALVAREZ, Arthur, IV

Arthur Alvarez, IV was born July 21, 2000 in Phoenix, AZ to the proud parents Erica Leyvas and Arthur Alvarez, III. He was laid to rest on May 31, 2003 in Tucson, AZ.

Survivors include sister Paulina, stepbrother Adrian, grandparents Andrea Trujillo and Maria Duarte, great-grandfather Celestino Trujillo Sr. Also many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be on Monday, June 9, 2003 at Mortensen Kings Funeral Center, 2225 N. 16th St., Phoenix, AZ, from 5pm-7pm, with Rosary at 7pm. Services will be held at Immaculate Heart Catholic Church, 909 E. Washington St., Phoenix, AZ at 9am on Tues., June 10, 2003. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Mortensen Kings Funeral Center.
