LEBAS, Helen E.

Helen E. LeBas, 80, of Surprise, Arizona, formerly of Bay Shore, New York, passed away on November 19, 2002. 

Beloved mother of Kerry, Jacques and Jan. Accomplished artist and dear friend. Helen is survived by daughter, Kerry, son Jacques, sister Eileen, granddaughters Amy, Margo and Katie and great granddaughter Whitney.
