ANDERSON, John (Dr.)


Dr. John Anderson, 47 of Tempe, AZ, passed away at his home after succumbing to liver cancer on April 28, 2003. He practiced dentistry in Phoenix since 1982 following graduation from Oregon Health Science University that same year. He was an avid basketball player, the latter, with All State honors, college and even at dental school. His dental partnership with Dr. Greg Brown was eminently successful with a staff of nine employees. He is survived by his parents Mel and Myra Anderson, a sister Trina Radcliffe both of Eugene, Oregon and a sister Jody Suhanek of Springfield, Oregon. Also, three nephews and one niece. In addition by his dental/life partners Greg Brown and John Treeful. John's kindly, professional manner endeared him to his many patients. There was also an unsurpassed loyalty to him from his staff. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the John Anderson World Charities Foundation, 4025 West Bell Rd., Suite 7, Phoenix, AZ 85052. A private memorial service will be held in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Published in the Arizona Republic on 5/4/2003.
