HARPER, Cecelia C.

Cecelia C. Harper, 62, Prescott Valley, Arizona, passed away June 8, 2003.

A private cremation will be held at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. The family is planning a memorial service at a later date. Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements.
