KAPITAN, Theodore, Jr.

Theodore Kapitan Jr. of Surprise AZ, U.S.A.F. Ret. was born in Arjay, KY, passed away June 3rd 2003.

Kappy was preceded in death by his daughter Lori and son Larry. He is survived by his loving wife Patricia, daughter Tammy and son Ted, his grandchildren Justin and Kara, his brother Nick and sister Marie.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday June 12, 2003 at Sunland Mortuary 15826 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ 85351. Services will follow in the morning Friday June 13th 2003 at 9:30 a.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
