Allen Burroughs Last Rites Set Tuesday Funeral services will be held tomorrow [Tuesday] at 10 a.m. in Cole and Maud Chapel for Allen Burroughs, former Casa Grandean, who died May 2 in City General Hospital, Modesto, Calif. Rev. Tommy Clayton will officiate. Mr. Burroughs was born Oct. 8, 1910 in Danielsville, Tex. He had lived in Modesto for the past eight years. He is survived by his wife, Rachael, Modesto; his sons, J.W. Burroughs, Modesto, Eugene M. Burroughs, Casa Grande; his daughters, Mrs. Minnie Jo Clayton, Tucson and Mrs. Sandra Starr Morgan, Los Angeles, Calif. Other survivors are his mother, Mrs. Dessie Burroughs, Florence; his sisters, Mrs. Mae Sue Banks, Stanfield, Mrs. Billie June Wilkins, Casa Grande; his brothers, Coy of Casa Grande, Leroy, of Leveland, Tex., Lawrence of Coolidge, Milton of Ventura, Calif. and Jessie Wayne of Santa Anita, Calif; and seven grandchildren. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery Casa Grande Dispatch 6 May 1968
