Baldemar Rey, 38, of Phoenix, Arizona, died on June 8, 2003.

Visitation will be all night on Wednesday, beginning at 7pm, Foursquare Christian Church, 15441 N. 22nd Ave. Funeral service will be at 8am on Thursday at the church. Arrangements by Camelback Sunset Chapel.
