VASQUEZ, Dionicia O.

Dionicia O. Vasquez, 77, of Phoenix, passed away June 7, 2003 from a long battle with Diabetes. Dionicia was a long-term caretaker for the San Francisco Mission.

She is survived by her daughters, Peggy Galindo, Diane Pilon, Martha Ribera and sons, John Ribera, Tony Ribera, son-in-law Alfonso Galindo Sr., brothers, Simon Vasquez, Eusevio Vasquez, and 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, numerous relatives and cousins. She is preceded in death by her son Glenn Pilon.

Visitation Thursday, June 12, 2003, 6:00-8:30 P.M. with Rosary at 7:00 P.M., at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 6401 S. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ. Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, June 13, 2003, St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Interment East Resthaven Park Cemetery, 4310 E. Southern Avenue, Phoenix, AZ.

Donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 East Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014. Arrangements were entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home.
