FORMOSO, Peter (PJ)

Peter (PJ) Formoso, age 59, a resident of both Prescott Valley and Sun City Arizona for 16 years was taken from Yavapi Regional Medical Center to the Glorious Kingdom of God by the angels on Friday, June 6, 2003. Peter was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and devoted Christian. Peter is survived by his 91 year old mother Giuseppa Formoso of Campo Reale Sicily, his sister Vita Formoso-Bono also of Campo Reale Sicily, his sister Rosalia Formoso-Caciopo of Daytona, Florida, his ex-wife Aurelia Formoso of Surprise, Arizona Peter raised 3 children Daniel Formoso of Franklin, New Jersey, Josepine Formoso-Covoloskie of Prescott Valley, AZ and Rachel Formoso of Surprise, Arizona. He shared many wonderful memories with his 2 beautiful granddaughters Aurelleah Josephine Formoso age 9 and Isabella Evelina Formoso age 3. A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00pm on Thursday, June 12, 2003 at Sunland Mortuary 15826 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ 85351. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2003 at 10am at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 10815 N. 35th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85027.
