Raymond Henry Jensen, 80, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away June 8, 2003. Visitation will be held 9:00 AM, Thursday, June 12, 2003 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary with a Funeral Service at 9:30 AM. Interment to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale, AZ.
