Jay E. Northrop, Sr., 81, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away June 10, 2003. Mr. Northrop served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

Services will be private. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2929 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85016. Arrangements entrusted to the National Cremation Society.
