Rhett Michael Tyrrell of Orem, Utah, died Oct. 23, 1993, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Wasatch County.  He was 16.  Mr. Tyrrell was born Nov. 15, 1976 in San Diego.  He was a member of the LDS Church and was a senior at Orem High School.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, cars and tracks.  He is survived by his parents Michael and Angela (Van Zee) Tyrrell of Orem; sister Amanda, also of Orem; grandparents Harley Van Zee of Wickenburg, and Robert and Katherine Tyrrell of Costa Mesa, Calif.  Services were held.
