Paul Cecil Smith, 76, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away June 9, 2003. Paul was born June 28, 1926 in Kansas City, Missouri. Military Service: US Army.

He was a owner for 14 years of Smith Handicap Service, retired 2000, also Boiler Operator for Arizona Biltmore. He belonged to West Glendale Baptist Church & American Legion.

Survivors include wife Martha; daughter Theresa Smith; son Paul Michael Smith; sister Joann Fedder, and 3 grandchildren.
