Mrs Josephine Dazey, thirty-nine, who was made a defendant with her husband in a damage suit filed by neighbors on allegations that the Dazey radio was played so loud and so continuously as to be a public nuisance, was found dead in her room here with a bullet wound in her head. She apparently had committed suicide.
Her husband, Grant Dazey, said she been humiliated by the suit and since its filing had been despondent.
