PADILLA, Raul D.

Raul D. Padilla, a loving husband and a dear sweet father, grandfather, and great grandfather, passed away on May 3, 2003. 

He is survived by his wife Olivia, whom he married on August 20, 1938; 3 children, Gilbert Padilla, Ruben Padilla, and Sylvia Lopez; one sister, Licha Delgado; 7 grandchildren, Tony Boldt, Michelle Padilla, Ruben Padilla, Jr., Rachelle Lopez-Rastorfer, Steve Lopez, Celeste Dominguez, Gabriel Padilla; and 15 great grandchildren. 

Raul retired from Arizona Public Service after 25 years and was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 41. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. 

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM on Tues. May 6, 2003 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Chapel, 719 N. 27th Ave. Phx. Az. with Rosary at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be 9:00 AM Wed. May 7, 2003 at St. Mathews Catholic Church, 320 N. 20th Dr. Phx. Az.
