Robert Elton Haskill, 82, of Camp Verde died at home on January 12, 2010, after a long battle with lung and heart disease. He was surrounded by loved ones.
Robert leaves his wife of fifty-eight years, Mona; his daughters, Candyce Lynn and Barbie Townsend; his sons, Henry Haskill and Bob Haskill; his sister, Linda Buchanan; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his two brothers.
Robert served in the US Navy for over twenty-six years, including WWII, Korea, and Viet Nam. He also served in "Operation Deepfreeze" in the Antarctic and served aboard the US Enterprise as a member of the Admiral's Staff.
