Mr Charles A. Fitch, owner of the P and W Market, passed away at the Wickenburg hospital on Friday, May 29, after an illness of but three days.

Mr. Fitch's death was due principally to a stroke, due partially to over exertion, which brought on complications which hastened his death.
The deceased leaves a number of relatives in California, including two nieces and a son.

The body was shipped to Santa Cruz, the home of his son, for interment.
