Mr. William Bowman Marshall, age 93 of Phoenix died on April 10, 2003. A native of Clydebank, Scotland a surburb of Glasgow.
He entered the United States through Ellis Island. He was one of the real "hero's" of WWII, among many that fought active battle in the Phillipines. He was a member of #720 VFW Post and the American Legion of Whiting, N.J.
"Bill" was employed at Rockerfeller Center in New York for many years and often told the story being the only man to ever loan money to J.D. Rockerfeller which amazed his friends and amused himself.
Bill is survived by his daughter; Doris McDaniel, son-in-law; Everets, nephew; Donald.
A memorial service will be held in West Virginia.
