SCHUMACHER, Dennis E., Jr.

Dennis E. Schumacher Jr., 52, passed into our loving Lord's Kingdom, June 12, 2003. Dennis was born on February 25, 1951 in Barberton, OH, and has lived in Arizona since 1966. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in Vietnam for one year and retired from the Arizona National Guard after 20 years. He became an active member of the Vietnam Helicopter Crewmember Association, serving as president many times over and also served as a representative at HAl conventions. Dennis was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. He is survived by his loving wife and friend of 32 years, Donna, 3 children, Jason, Rebecca and Dennis Robert, grandson Christopher, mother and father, Ruth and Dennis Schumacher, Sr., sisters, Denise Schumacher and Amy Snyder, and brother Elmer Schumacher. A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Sunday, June 15, 2003, at Green Acres Mortuary. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, June 16, 2003, at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85257. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VIICMA Tony Percoski Cancer Fund, P.O. Box 1026, Collierville, TN 38027-1026.
