Mr. and Mrs. Gus Sterling have the sympathy of all, in the sad death of their little son, Glendale, who was brought from their home several miles above Parker, to the hospital here, and operated on for appendicitis. 

A physician was called from Needles to assist Dr. Nettle, and everything possible was done to save his life, but in vain. He was about 8 years old, and was buried in the Parker Cemetery.
