Jim McGee, 71, born on November 28, 1931, in Kirksey, Kentucky, passed away on April 11, 2003 after a battle with cancer for a year. He died peacefully at Hospice of the Valley Eckstein Center.
He served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years and graduated from Murray - State University, Kentucky. He lived in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area for 47 years and taught Physical Education at Monte Vista School for 32 years.
He leaves behind his wife Anne, of 49 years, and sons David and Brad and his daughter Rhonda, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was a very loving devoted husband, father, grandfather. He was our hero and best friend. We will miss him dearly. May he rest in peace. Love your wife, children and grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday, April 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona.
