West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona February 5, 2010 Joseph David Neal, 67, of Tonopah died Jan. 30, 2010, in Tonopah. Mr. Neal was born Dec. 20, 1942, in Los Angeles, and moved to Arizona in 1962. He married his wife 48 years ago. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, five sisters, one brother and two grandchildren. Services are private. Funeral arrangements were made by Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel.
