The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona December 31, 2009 Robert (Bo) J. Scola died Dec. 26, 2009, at his home in Springerville. He was born Sept. 29, 1934. Robert was a member of the Hal Norton VFW Post of Eagar and American Legion for many years and Commander of Post 8987. Robert is survived by his fiance, Phyllis Meeker; two daughters Robin Scola of Georgia and Lisa Scola of Ohio; son Christopher Scola of Florida; three grandsons, two granddaugthers and step-daughter Michelle of Phoenix. Robert donated his body to science. There will be a memorial service at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 117 Apache St. in Springerville. Lunch will be served after the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Robert Scola to the VFW Post 9907, 381 N. Central Ave., Show Low, AZ 85901.
