MILLIKEN, A. David

A. David Milliken, 95, passed away on June 13, 2003. Born in PA, he graduated from Haverford College. David and his wife Anne, who preceded him in death, came to Phoenix in 1945. He worked for the Valley National Bank until his retirement. Dave was a retired Reserve Naval Officer, having served in WWII as a Lt. Commander. He is survived by a sister, Agnes Lyon of Portland, OR, many nieces and nephews, and his loving adopted family: Peg Winter, daughters Barbara (and Joe Owen, Jeff and Carol, Debbie and Dustin Simmons and their children), Goddaughter Joanne Winter, Diane (and Shane Murphy, Meghan, Grace and Mack). Burial will be at Veteran's Memorial Cemetery. Contributions to Hospice of AZ, 2222 W. Northern #A-100, Phoenix 85021. Services were entrusted to Mortenson-Kings Funeral Center.
