Charles Thomas Fulmer, 79, of Bullhead City, AZ, passed away April 12, 2003. Military Service: US Army, WWII, earning a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star. 

Memorial services to be held at Family's home on Thursday. Arrangements entrusted to Adobe Chapel Funeral Home.
