PALMER, Myrtle Elsie

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, April 16, 2003 Myrtle Elsie Palmer, age 89 of Mesa, Arizona died April 14, 2003, just 26 days before her 90th Birthday. She was born in Bryant, Arkansas. She is survived by sons:: William F. Simpson of Little Rock, AR, Bob G. Simpson of Mesa, Az, Wil Simpson of Reno, NV, Don Simpson of Woodinville, WA and daughters Shirley Lame of Hobbs, NM, Anita Maddison of Richland, WA, and Sandra Mittendorf of Mesa, AZ; 20 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren. She was a long time member of the Sabbatarian Church of God, including Worldwide Church of God, Church of God, International, and at the time of death a beloved member of the Greater Phoenix Church of God. Funeral Services will be held on Monday April 21, at 1:00pm at Ashby Funeral Home in Benton, Arkansas, assisted by Bunker's University Chapel of Mesa, AZ. The service will be officiated by Pastor James Ussery and interment will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park near Benton, AR. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
