He was a student. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Hidalgo; father Lorenzo Salcedo; brother Angel Salcedo; sister Mia Salcedo; and step-father Paul B. Webb. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 16, 2003 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ.
