The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, April 16, 2003 Mary "Sherrie" Thornley, born in Phoenix, AZ, May 1, 1958 as Mary "Sherrie" Rhoton, died Sunday, April 13, 2003. She is survived by her husband Robert, parents Mary & Bill Smith, sister Deborah Reis, brother Bradley Rhoton, grandmother Gertrude Puffenberger. She was a 5th generation native Arizonan. After being there for others at all cost, she is now in God's hands. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, 1pm, Christ's Episcopal Church, 35500 N. Cave Creek Road.
