AKAL, Catherine Ann

Catherine Ann Akal, 73, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away May 5, 2003. She was a Teacher and a Clothing Consultant. 

Survivors include her daughters, Katie Vorsanger & husband Bob, Christine Camardo; son, Robert Smith (wife Martha); mother, Erma Conley; sister, Karen Cummings; grandchildren Michael, Maggie & Charlie Smith, Corey Vorsanger, & Cameron Camardo. 

Visitation 5-8pm Wednesday May 7 at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, Phoenix, Az. Services will be held in Chicago, Illinois.
