Larry Ray Ziel, 46, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 17, 1963, in Manasha, Wis., passed away Feb. 4, 2010.

A private cremation will take place at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
