Phyllis Ann Simms went to be with the Lord on Jan. 27, 2010. She was born on Feb. 8, 1944 in Sullivan, Mo. 

Phyllis is survived by her loving husband Jim; her two sons, Jess, his wife Andrea and four children, Dustin, Jason, Maddie and Max. Also by son Jason, his wife Missy and their three children, Trevor, Jessica and Gunner. She also leaves her sister Ruth; sister Sally; and brother Ken and their families; and two stepsons, Jim and Joe and their families.

A memorial in her honor and memory will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010 at the Heights Church, 2121 Larry Caldwell Drive.
