A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. A Celebration of Life will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at The Church on the Street, 105 W. Carlton St., Prescott, Ariz. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Church on the Street, 105 W. Carlton St., Prescott, AZ 86303. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
