Jessie Eileen Howard, 95, of Prescott, Ariz., born Sept. 11, 1914, in Tea, S.D., passed away Jan. 31, 2010, at Las Fuentes Care Center, Prescott.

Private cremation with family services will be in northern California.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
