John Lee Black, 70, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Aug. 12, 1939, in West Hollywood, Calif., passed away Jan. 20, 2010.

Services were 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, at Aztlan Lodge in Prescott, Ariz.

Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements.
