GERRIE, Margaret (Peg)

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, April 17, 2003 Margaret (Peg) Bryce Gerrie, 84, quietly passed away at her home from natural causes on April 12, 2003. She was born on February 7 1919, in Mid-Ca lder, Scotland, and became a naturalized citizen of the United States in 1969. She was the beloved wife of Robert Gerrie who preceded her in death on April 12, 2001. She was a kind, caring gentle soul who led a very interesting life and had traveled extensively with her husband. She was very artistic, spoke four languages, and was an avid reader. She loved playing tennis and golf in her younger years and was an avid tennis fan in her later years. Survivors include her only son, Gordon P. Gerrie, one grandson, Jonathon R. Gerrie and one granddaughter, Danyelle Marie Gerrie, all from Arizona, in accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated without any services or viewing. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
