Glen R. Taylor, 68, passed away on Jan. 30, 2010 at his home in Globe, Ariz. He was born in Hillsdale County, Mich. on April 28, 1941, the son of Frances (Robinson) and Paul Taylor.
He was a 1960 graduate of North Central High School in Pioneer, Ohio, where he was an outstanding athlete. Glen was a retired machinist in Bryan, Ohio and Phoenix, Ariz. He had lived in Arizona for 34 years. His favorite pastime was fishing.
Glen is survived by his son, Michael Taylor, of Portland, Ore.; two daughters, Kelly Seymour (Rick), of Roanoke, Ala., and Tammy Cosper (Brian), of Pineville, Mo.; his sister, Eloise Dilworth (Clare), of Camden, Mich.; his brother, Robert Taylor (Judy), of Pioneer, Ohio; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Glen is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lounae Taylor, in 1972; and his second wife, Barbara Taylor, in 2006.
Private services were held. Lamont Mortuary of Globe assisted the family.
