PUHALSKI, Ann

Ann Puhalski passed away June 15, 2003, in Sun City West, Arizona. She is survived by one sister and a niece both out of state. She was born in Chicago, Ilinois.

She was retired as a supervisor for the telephone company. She was a member of Our Lady of Lordes Catholic Church in Sun City West.

Funeral Mass will be Friday June 20, 2003, 10a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church located at 19002 N. 128 Ave. in Sun City West, Arizona. Local arrangements entrusted to Sunland Mortuary in Sun Ctiy, Arizona. Burial will be in Sunland Memorial Park.
