Laverte Marquis Thomas, of Mesa, AZ, passed away June 14, 2003 at the age of 3 months, 2 days. Laverte is survived by his parents, Moneta Thomas and Tami Doherty; grandparents, Delinda and Elbert Thomas and John and Kathy Doherty; 1 brother, 5 uncles and 3 aunts.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2003 from 10am-12 noon with graveside to follow at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park & Funeral Care, 400 S. Power Rd., Mesa. Mariposa Gardens Funeral Care handled the arrangements. (480)830-4422
