Rosendo Vargas, 97, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away June 14, 2003. Visitation will be held at Abel Funeral Services, 1627 N. 51st Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, Wednesday, June 18, 2003, 5:00-8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held in San Luis, Sonora, Mexico, June 19, 2003.
