WAITE, Holly JoBeth

Holly JoBeth Waite, age 35, born December 22, 1967 in Glendale, AZ, passed away June 11, 2003 in Phoenix, AZ.

Holly had a great love of life, and even though disabled from birth earned a Presidential Academic Award and graduated from Glendale High School in 1987. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her mother, Jari R. Waite; grandmother, Myrtle Well-man; brother, Todd Waite; and sister-in-law, Sherry Waite; aunt, Judy Meeks & family; Godmother, Donna Jo Hoskins.

Memorial service will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 21, 2003 at Glendale Light & Life Church, 6331 W. Lamar Ave., Glendale, AZ. In lieu of flowers, contributions to any Bank One Branch under the name of Todd or Sherry Waite. Arrangements by Chapel of the Chimes, Glendale, AZ.
