The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, April 18, 2003 June Patten Arnett Breinholt, 86, of Gilbert, AZ, passed away April 15, 2003. Visitation is 12:30pm, prior to service at Church. Services are Sat., April 19, 2pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Gilbert Stake Center, 777 E. Elliott Rd., Glendale, AZ. Courtesy of Pat Wilson. -------------------- BREINHOLT, June Patten Arnett June Patten Arnett Breinholt, 86, passed away in Mesa, April 15, 2003. She was born in Utah to, living most of her life in Arizona. She married Marvin Arnett in 1934. He died in 1964. She lived in Duncan and in Franklin, Arizona where she and Marvin farmed and were active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Later they continued in Mesa, Arizona where they had moved in 1952 with their six children. In Mesa, two more children were added to their family. After Marvin's death she completed the raising of five of her eight children as a single mother. She later married LeRoy Breinholt. After years of working in almost every women's position in the Church, June's crowing service was the years spent with LeRoy as an ordained temple worker in the Mesa Temple. In addition to Marvin, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ilene who died in 1969. Marvin and June's surviving children are: Rex, Tom, Mary Ann Price and Steve of Mesa, Junetta Clifford of Payson, Arizona, Barbara Wright of Tucson and Don of Mexico, Missouri. Husband LeRoy survives her as do her sister Maybeth Ashford of Mesa, and brothers, Elden Patten of Phoenix and Leo Patten of Blythe, California. June leaves 33 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren. Services are Saturday, April 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Gilbert Stake Center, 777 E. Elliot Rd., Gilbert, AZ. with a viewing beginning at 12:30 p.m. and interment afterward at Mesa City Cemetery. Submitted on (04/22/2003)From East Valley Tribune.
