BULLER,
Bruce Alexander
Bruce Alexander Buller, 43, died Saturday, June 14, 2003 at his home in Phoenix, Arizona.
A natural athlete, Bruce played varsity basketball for top-rated East High School, where he graduated in 1976. He later worked his own way through DeVry Institute, earning a Programming Degree, and then worked his way up to Senior Programmer and Systems Analyst Consultant for the next 12 years, for such national corporations as A.W. Grainger, Baxter Health Systems, and Farmers Insurance.
Yet, all this came to a tragic, but not so sudden end. Bruce lost his father at age 14, and began to dabble in recreational addictions, which led to the sudden end of his life-long dream of playing pro basketball.
He is survived by his mother, Suzanne Pell, his grandmother Opal, siblings David and Arlene, and two nieces Maria and Rhea. May he finally rest in peace. Memorial contributions in Bruce's name can be made to First Christian Church Recovery Outreach at 6750 N. 17th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013.
