AYALA, Jose (Santos)

Rosary for Jose "Santos" Ayala, 88, will be 7 p.m. Wednesday in Whitney & Murphy Chapel, 330 N. Second Ave.  Mass will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Matthew Catholic Church, 2038 W. Van Buren.  

Mr. Ayala, 740 S. Eighth Ave., died March 24, 1980, in a Phoenix hospital.  He came here 62 years ago from his native Mexico and had been a farm worker.  

Survivors include his sons, Henry and Joe; eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
