Brandy E. Rosemier, 24, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2002 in Mesa, AZ. She was born on March 4, 1978, in Phoenix, AZ. 

She is survived by her sons, Jacob and Tyler Kennett; her parents Connie (Randy) Ruggles and Dad Dale Buchanan, she is also survived by her grandparents Allen Peterson, Edith Ruggles, Kay Beeswy, and Icis Buchanan; her sisters Trisha Ruggles, Tanya Doss, Debi Hicks; Sandy Smith and Lisa Oats; her brothers Randy Allan Ruggles and Randy Thomas Ruggles. 

There will be a visitation Saturday, November 23 at Crossroads Baptist Church, 2001 Star Rd., Apache Juntion with a Service to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the East Valley, 2222 S. Dobson Rd., #401, Mesa, AZ 85202. Arrangements entrusted to Melcher's Mission Chapel.
