KOSKINEN, Jerald Lee

West Valley View, Avondale, AZ February 12, 2010 Jerald Lee Koskinen, 66, of Avondale died Feb. 7, 2010. Mr. Koskinen was born Dec. 14, 1943, in Grand Junction, Colo., to Dick and Betty, and he was raised in Telluride, Colo. He also lived in Moab, Utah, where he worked for Texas Gulf Potash. He also worked as a miller, fire chief, miner and water commissioner. He is survived by wife, Donna; two sons, Jerry and Dale; one brother, George; and three grandchildren.
